My name is Sanja Ojkić and I come from Voćin in Croatia.

After completing my biology studies in Belgrade, my path led me to Germany in 2002, where I now work in a biopharmaceutical company.

Painting has been an integral part of my life since 2008. It's my way of expressing myself, developing my skills, and giving free rein to my curiosity. Over the years, I've attended numerous painting courses and learned a variety of techniques. I've taken something valuable from each course and integrated it into my own style. I've been particularly influenced by the work and teaching of Željko Božičević and Mark Krause, whose inspiration has helped me grow artistically.

I work with various materials and draw inspiration from everything that moves me. My art is a place where thoughts, feelings, and imagination become visible – and I'm happy to share them with you.

In recent years, I have had the opportunity to present my work in several private exhibitions as well as in public institutions. Each exhibition has shown me how powerfully art connects people and how much strength lies in self-expression.

I firmly believe that you can achieve your goals if you stay true to your dreams. My name, Sanja, means "dream"—and I stand by it: I continue to dream, bravely, clearly, and with an open mind towards the future.
